Horrible customer service and delivery departments - Terrible service no comfoirmation of delivery night before
Let me start by saying our experience with Eddie at the WC was fantastic!!!!!!! He was definitely the high point of my experience with Sit N Sleep. Customer service and the delivery department however are a totally different story. We purchased quite an expensive mattress set and were informed that one of the box springs was short and on back order. My mattress and one box spring were delivered on Sunday the 10th. I was informed that the back order would be delivered on Tuesday the 12th but never received a confirmation call for the delivery. After reaching out to Eddie he informed the delivery would actually be made weds the 13th and that I would be receiving a confirmation call, I did not receive the call. Weds I had a voice mail from Chantelle a SIT N SLEEPS delivery center stating the truck was there and would be leaving because there was no one there to receive the box spring. Of course now it's my fault that they didn't call to confirm the appointment and now my delivery will be made Thursday. After being transferred to the CSR dept to basically tell me that it was my fault that I didn't take the call (that the truck was there) and I was out of luck . So basically Sit N Sleep will deliver whenever they feel like it and won't confirm a delivery appointment. You can't speak to a manager with customer service or get a number to call corporate to lodge a complaint. This will be the last time we purchase anything from Sit N Sleep and I will let everyone I know what a crappy experience I had with the customer service and delivery department.
